The God’s Light Heals Shorts are created from thrifted denim jeans, cut into an elongated short silhouette and reimagined with hand-crocheted lettering throughout. Cream crochet letters spell “GODS” vertically along one leg, while contrasting yellow letters form “LIGHT” across the opposite side. "HEALS" is portrayed on the back of the shorts.

Raw-cut hems, distressed denim, visible yarn tails, and intentionally organic letter placement preserve the handmade character of the design, blending traditional crochet techniques with reconstructed streetwear.

Rather than creating an entirely new garment, this piece gives existing denim a second life through fiber art, making each recreation naturally unique.
